Patrick Keefe

Overview

Pat Keefe is a senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience across the UK, Middle East and remotely supporting Europe and North America. His career spans change and project management, operations, governance, HR, learning, talent management and facilities. A Chartered Fellow of the Association for Project Management (ChPP, FAPM), Pat collaborates closely with partners and the practice manager to advance the 'For People' agenda at MSB, focusing on attracting, retaining and developing talented individuals across the firm and support its growth. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on several not-for-profit boards.

Pat has championed diversity throughout his career, from delivering training at Royal Mail to working in cross-cultural teams in Qatar. As a Welsh learner with roots in a bilingual school and community, and as the first in his family to attend university, he is deeply committed to promoting equality and opportunity. Pat's lived experience in multicultural and multilingual environments ensures he approaches challenges with a broad and inclusive perspective.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Pat is a Non-Executive Director for three charities and not-for-profit organisations. He helped reopen the Llandyrnog Community Shop and Post Office in Wales, which had been closed since Covid, restoring vital services to the rural community. He is also Lay Trustee for the British Society for Hameatology.
