Andrew Jonathan Pearson

Overview

Andrew is a solicitor advocate with over 40 years of experience of criminal litigation, particularly homicide, serious and organised crime, white collar fraud,representing clients from the police station through to the Court of Appeal. Andrew also has experience of dealing with criminal cases with cross jurisdictional issues relying on his experiences with the International Criminal Court. Andrew has also represented core participants at statutory public enquiries.

Andrew was formerly a governor at a specialist autistic school, which provided him with great insight to the difficulties facing the autistic offender within the criminal justice process and continues to defend the vulnerable individuals charged with criminal offences
