Overview
Simon is a family law specialist having qualified as a solicitor in 1990. Since 2001 Simon has worked at a law firm on The Hague Convention Applicant Panel in England and Wales. Simon as well as practising in private children law is also a financial remedies solicitor. He is a family mediator and a trained collaborative lawyer.
Key Experience
Simon had featured in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 since 2007. He has had several cases in the Court of Appeal. He has spoken at several international conferences and acted as a mediator in international and domestic children cases. Simon also speaks for national training companies on various aspects of family law.
