Amanda Sime

Overview

Amanda specialises in care proceedings, representing parents who may have been accused of serious harm, providing clear advice to parents during this difficult time. Amanda has an empathetic approach and prides herself on creating excellent working relationships with her clients. She also represents vulnerable parents who have been the victims of domestic abuse and assists them in various Child Arrangement Order applications.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

Amanda sits on the Liverpool Law Society Family & Access to Justice sub-committees, and is a mentor to junior staff here at MSB.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

Amanda has ran pro-bono clinics for many years, and currently runs 2 monthly legal advice clinics in the North Liverpool area. She is very keen to provide pro-bono advice wherever possible, and will always make time to provide advice to those who would otherwise be unable to access legal advice.
