James is Head of Technical Services at MSB Solicitors and is responsible for the firm's technology strategy, infrastructure, cyber security, and IT service delivery. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership roles across the legal sector, James specialises in delivering technology transformation programmes that improve operational efficiency, strengthen security, and support business growth. Throughout his career, James has led major infrastructure modernisation projects, cloud migrations, cyber security initiatives, and legal technology implementations. He works closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure technology remains secure, reliable, and aligned to the needs of both clients and the business.
