James Fagan

Overview

James is a Solicitor in the Property Team joining MSB with experience on a wide range of commercial and residential transactions. Whether it is acting on sales and acquisitions, granting leases or commercial lending James strives to provide an excellent and meticulous service for his clients.   

Career History

James has over 10 years of experience working on residential and commercial property transactions having worked a several firms in the North West whilst studying part time. James qualified as a Solicitor in 2023 and joined MSB in January 2026.
