With 20 years of experience in family law, Nicola Harris has spent her entire career at MSB Solicitors. She specialises in complex child law matters, domestic abuse cases, and public law care and adoption proceedings. Nicola is a Partner at MSB Solicitors, where she plays a key role in the firm’s strategic focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI), and is an active member of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.
Nicola is passionate about fostering a supportive environment for both clients and colleagues and is committed to advancing ESG initiatives within the legal profession. In addition to her legal practice, Nicola is committed to mentoring the next generation of lawyers. She regularly mentors law students aspiring to legal careers, offering guidance on both legal skills and the practical aspects of the profession. Through her pro bono work, she provides legal advice via a weekly clinic - an effort that earned her a place on the Pro Bono Recognition List in acknowledgment of her dedication to providing free legal services to those in need.
