
Overview
Rebecca is a Litigation Executive within the Social Housing and Regeneration team and has extensive experience assisting Solicitors with landlord and tenant matters on behalf of Registered Providers.
Rebecca has a particular interest in matters involving anti-social behaviour and has also assisted with cases across a broad range of housing law, including disrepair, possession proceedings, compliance and housing management.
Career History
Rebecca started her legal career in 2016 as a Junior Administrative Assistant at Knox Ellis Solicitors, which later became part of MSB in 2018. Rebecca has built considerable experience assisting on a wide range of social housing matters, with a particular focus on anti-social behaviour, housing management and enforcement. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, calm and measured approach, and ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
Rebecca is a long-standing and valued member of the Social Housing and Regeneration team. She draws on her knowledge and experience to support and train junior colleagues and has also assisted with the continued development of the firm’s case management system for the Social Housing team.
