Julia Michalczyk

Solicitor

Julia is a Solicitor in the Social Housing department and has been a part of MSB since 2019.  Prior to commencing her training contract and joining the Social Housing team in 2021, she has gained experience working in Civil Litigation and Family departments. Julia graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019 with a First Class Honours in Law and was awarded a Masters of Laws in Professional Legal Practice in 2022.

Julia qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023 and has particular expertise in Housing Management, Building Safety and Decarbonisation.  Julia has experience dealing with a wide range of social housing matters both in relation to housing management and anti-social behvaiour. Julia is a confident advocate and regularly represents social housing providers in various legal disputes, varying from breach of tenancy injunctions to possession proceedings.

Julia has a keen interest in social housing and is passionate about delivering high-quality work and client care and achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
