Jabir has worked in the social housing sector for over 3 years, providing mainly non-contentious housing management advice to registered providers of social housing together with local authorities, NHS Trusts and charities.
Jabir provides specialist advice on issues such as rent review, service charges, the Right to Buy, succession and compliance with housing legislation and regulatory guidance. Jabir also regularly undertakes occupancy agreement review and drafting, clause interpretation and review of policies and procedures .
Prior to working in the social housing sector, Jabir has over 6 years of experience within civil litigation acting on behalf of major insurers in RTA Fraud and credit hire matters.

Jabir has experience of providing due diligence on multi-million pound stock rationalisation projects, involving extensive reviews of occupancy agreements and rent increase notices.
