Overview

Tom Knox is a consultant solicitor with almost 25 years of legal and strategic experience in the social housing sector. As head of MSB’s Regulation and Governance Team, Tom leads a specialist group focused on supporting registered providers with regulatory compliance, governance and strategic risk & asset management. Tom is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Ireland and is widely recognised for his leadership in the sector, having founded the Legal 500-recognised firm Knox Ellis Solicitors in 2011 before its merger with MSB. At MSB, he previously headed the Social Housing and Regeneration department, providing expert advice on regulation, governance and asset management.
