Mary Polding

Overview

Mary began her legal career in family law and joined MSB as a Family Paralegal in March 2025 before securing a Training Contract with the firm, which commenced in September 2026. Mary graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Criminology before completing a Master’s in Law at the University of Law and an LLM in Legal Practice at BPP University, achieving distinctions in both postgraduate degrees.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

Mary is an active member of MSB’s ESG Committee. As part of the firm’s recent Mandela Day initiative, she coordinated the Birmingham office food collection, contributing to a firm-wide effort to support local communities. She enjoys taking part in initiatives that give back to the community and create a positive impact beyond her day-to-day work.
