Solicitor

Raihan qualified as a solicitor in July 2022 and joins the Social Housing and Regeneration team as a Retrain Solicitor having predominantly focused on Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence at his previous firm. Since the reforms on Personal Injury in the Summer of 2021, Raihan chose to broaden his knowledge further and decided to look at retraining roles and now looks forward to the next stage of his legal career with MSB’s Social Housing and Regeneration team.

Raihan assists with matters pertaining to housing management, possession and anti-social behaviour. Raihan has enhanced his skills as an advocate in a wide variety of hearings and is proficient at reacting to ever changing live litigated matters to obtain the desired outcome for his clients.  Raihan is keen to continue to develop his expertise within these areas and is looking forward to his future at MSB.

Raihan has a passion for football, boxing, cricket and enjoys hiking. Raihan contributes towards many local charities, climbed up Mount Snowdon to raise money for the poor and supported a Community Hub packing clothes for the people who suffered from the tragic earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
