Jess is committed to the business development of MSB and is keen to encourage eco-friendly business practices and environmentally conscious policies for the firm.
Jess is also committed to her own personal development at MSB and hopes to qualify with the firm as a Family Solicitor in the near future. An important part of Jess’s role at MSB is understanding and overseeing the firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance activity. Outside of work, Jess volunteers as a bid-writer for Sefton Women’s and Children’s Aid (SWACA). In this role she regularly meets with case workers and applies for essential funding for SWACA to deliver new community projects and to continue to support service users.
Jess has also collaborated with The Girls Network to bring mentoring opportunities to girls from ethnic and lower socio-economic backgrounds. The work aims to encourage teenage girls to pursue their career aspirations and goals and provide them with work placement, mentoring and training opportunities to reach this objective.
