“…both excellent and helpful throughout the case…”

Eamonn joined the Personal Injury Team in 1995 and became Head of the Department in 2009.

He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and an accredited Mediator.

Despite ongoing reforms that challenge the availability of access to justice, he leads our Personal Injury department with a determination to serve whomsoever we are able to.

We have a formidable record of success in representing clients, be they Claimant or Defendant, in matters in which people have suffered injury and loss through the actions, or omissions, of others.

This includes cases involving coercion, abuse, or violence which may be covered under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.

Whilst based in Liverpool city centre, Eamonn has been happy to meet clients at our other offices, or their homes, should they so wish, to advise, in person, on the merits of each individual case.

In response to the present times, we are fully equipped to conduct meetings with clients remotely, via their preferred medium, and at their convenience, day or night.

We will always explain our role in the judicial process and establish, from the outset, what your objectives are, the likely timeframe in which to achieve those ends and the funding options best suited to you.
