Aimee Benmayor

Aimee began her career at MSB 2016. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and was promoted to Associate in 2022. Aimee was awarded the Liverpool Law Society Rupert Brenmer prize for achievement in her professional exams.
She advises on all areas of family law arising from the breakdown of a marriage including divorce and financial remedy proceedings often where there are disputes of a complex financial or international nature. Aimee regularly advises on cases involving high-value business interests, complex pension arrangements and overseas assets.
Aimee has experience working for a range of individuals, couples and families including ultra-high net worth individuals whose assets are held in a variety of structures and located in multiple jurisdictions.
Aimee regularly advises on complex private law children matters including relocation applications, residence and contact disputes, parental alienation and allegations of harm and abuse.
