Sarah McGuinness is a Commercial Property Solicitor in the Secured Finance team at MSB. Experienced in dealing with secured commercial lending against a range of assets for both lenders and borrowers.

Sarah has worked at MSB since 2014 and qualified in 2018, spending a number of years in the residential property team. Sarah is now 5 years qualified. She received excellent feedback from corporate and investor clients who she regularly acted for in acquisitions and refinances of considerable property portfolios. Sarah decided to pursue my interests in the secured finance sector and joined the team in 2021.

Sarah acts for a number of bridging lenders and borrowers securing finance on residential and commercial properties and developments.

Sarah prides herself on a fast, informative and friendly service. Sarah had been a Social Representative on the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Committee and the Women’s Junior Lawyer Division for two years, where she has organised monthly networking events for junior Lawyers across the city and raised money for different charities.
