The perks of working for MSB

After what has been a tough year for everyone, at MSB we have been focussing on the health and wellbeing of our employees. As lockdown began to ease, the primary focus of the firm was to introduce a programme that could both reward employees for their hard work and dedication and support them with both their physical and mental wellbeing.

After listening to the feedback from staff, we have introduced the Perkbox Platinum Package to MSB. Perkbox is an Employee Assistance Programme which aims to engage, connect, and most importantly, support all employees through the platform. Team members will benefit from receiving a range of different discounts, cashback and freebies from some fantastic brands as an added ‘perk’ of working for the MSB.

In addition to the perks of the platform, all employees are able to access one to one counselling sessions discretely through Perkbox, which is something Managing Partner Emma Carey has been eager to put in place. As a firm, we recognise that now more than ever our employees need an outlet and to feel supported. That is why we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of all employees and to instilling this into the culture of MSB.
