Prior to the formal end of the transition period and the UK’s exit from the European Union on 31st December 2020, any protective order made in an EU member state would be recognised in the UK and vice versa, as though the order had been made in a domestic court.

We wish to reassure all of our clients that we are open for business and continue to provide our clients with the service that they expect.
We have put measures in place to ensure that almost all of our workforce are now working from home.
We have a very small skeleton staff in the office supporting those who are working from home.
