MSB’s Social Housing Highlight – April

Bringing you all the latest updates from the world of Social Housing.

We are also introducing our commercial property team this month. They can provide advice and assistance in relation to all aspects of residential and commercial property acquisitions, development and disposals.

The latest at MSB

Earlier this month Phillip Coburn and Rachael Payne delivered our free monthly webinar on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and S21 Notices. If you are interested in arranging training sessions with the team please contact dominiqueowens@msbsolicitors.co.uk.

Our new Manchester Office is up and running and the team have been attending a number of events and meetings in the city. If you fancy popping in to see us, just give us a call.

We welcomed a new solicitor, Michelle Summers, who is a great addition to the team!

The firm donated Easter eggs to a client to distribute within their community. We love supporting great causes, so if you have any projects you would like us to get involved with please contact thomasstockton@msbsolicitors.co.uk.

Good News! Our trainees Julia Michalczyk and Beth McKeown have passed their recent exams. It won’t be long until they are fully qualified solicitors. It is a very exciting future for the team as we also celebrated our paralegal George Chai getting a training contract with the firm.

Our recommended Book Club read this month is the Flat Share by Beth O’Leary. Read the latest newsletter here.
