Sinead Murphy

Solicitor

Sinead qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and joins MSB as part of the Secured Lending team. In her previous role Sinead specialised in bridging finance, buy-to let mortgage transactions and recoveries work, including sales of property by LPA receivers and administrators.

Sinead has worked at a variety of firms from high street boutique firms and larger city law firms and has a wide range of experience in dealing with general commercial and residential property transactions.

Sinead has received positive feedback from clients regarding her diligent and commercial approach to deals to ensure a swift turnaround.

In her spare time Sinead enjoys attending live music events, keeping active and is a big Manchester United fan.
