Rebecca De Stefano

Chartered Legal Executive

Rebecca joined MSB in September 2023 before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2024. She works closely with Emma Palmer and Katie Comozzi in the Family department.

Rebecca has experience in all areas of family law including divorce, finances, private children’s proceedings, public law proceedings and domestic violence. However, her passion is working on international family matters, representing parents who are either seeking contact or return of their child in another country. Rebecca also has a keen interest in Wardship cases where the Hague Convention is not applicable.

Rebecca is fluent in Spanish after learning the language over eight years ago and having lived for a period in South America. She is frequently instructed by Spanish speaking clients on an international basis. Clients appreciate being able to speak to Rebecca in their native language about complicated and often emotive legal matters.

Rebecca has a close relationship with Refugee Women Connect and offers free family law advice at weekly outreach sessions.
