Molly joined MSB in January 2020 working within the Residential conveyancing team representing a various range of clientele from Limited Companies to First time buyers within the Northwest region and beyond.

Molly and her team deal with a range of Freehold and leasehold, sale and purchases, transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.

She is currently in her final stages of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive and hopes to qualify in the Summer of 2024.

Molly is a member of the social mobility committee and hopes to encourage development both with the firm and outside working to encourage different routes into Law.
