Lucy experienced solicitor with a passion for family law. With over 20 years of expertise, Lucy specialises in children and domestic abuse cases. Joining MSB Solicitors in October 2023, she has dedicated her career to representing parents and family members unable to resolve child arrangements and those involved with social services.

Lucy provides invaluable guidance during pre-proceedings and Court Proceedings, ensuring her clients have the support they need every step of the way. She is well-versed in navigating complex legal processes, including applications to discharge care orders and securing contact with children in care. She also advocates for clients in non-molestation order applications.

Recognising the emotional toll of these cases, Lucy offers empathetic and clear advice, aiming to alleviate stress and provide peace of mind. She understands the urgency of protecting her clients and their children, assisting them in obtaining urgent orders when necessary. Lucy’s commitment to justice extends beyond her legal practice, as she serves as a Board Trustee at Stockport Without Abuse, a prominent domestic abuse charity. Based in the Manchester office, Lucy has deep roots in the community and is dedicated to providing accessible legal services to all.
