Kimberley is a Solicitor within the Social Housing and Regeneration team. Kimberley’s career in social housing began in 2013 when she obtained a work placement with Shelter Legal which sparked an interest into Housing Law.

Kimberley went on to secure a Graduate Paralegal role with Stephenson’s LLP where she gained a wealth of experience assisting on a mixed caseload of housing related matters, including but not limited to Disrepair, ASB and Mortgage and Rent possession claims. Kimberley also gained advocacy experience within this role often representing parties in the Manchester, Altrincham and St Helens County Courts.

Kimberley later moved in-house to work for a large debt purchaser undertaking debt recovery litigation and quickly moved into a supervisor role, managing a team of junior paralegals whilst dealing with a large caseload of debt recovery matters. Kimberley qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and later cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2019.

Upon qualification, Kimberley started insurance work dealing with large loss complex property claims. Such experience reignited Kimberley’s genuine passion for housing matters and working closely with clients to understand their organisation and ethos, in order to provide an excellent service for them.

Kimberley has now joined the team at MSB to focus solely on Housing Law with her work now covering all areas of housing and associated litigation that arises within this field, in particular possession proceedings.  Throughout her career, she has developed considerable experience in housing, consumer credit, insurance and general civil litigation.

Kimberley is extremely passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for every client she represents, pushing to attain every success possible on their behalf.
