Client Relationship Executive

Dominique has worked at the heart of our Social Housing department since its inception under Knox Ellis.

Dominique has a background in social housing. Having worked within the housing team at a local authority prior to her start in the legal sector, she brought to her role a wealth of knowledge of how our clients operate which has proved invaluable.

Her role has organically developed into the team’s Client Relationship Executive, covering all aspects of client care from assisting on cases, undertaking the department’s billing and accounts queries, along with taking the lead for all marketing within the team from legal update newsletters, monthly webinars and client legal surgeries.

Dominique has also developed her role with regards to mentoring junior staff to navigate the ways of an extremely fast-paced department.

She is also the department’s go to ‘report’ guru, creating reports to support business development, along with all required monthly client reports.

Dominique has built a vital rapport over the years with over 50 RPs and is often their first port of call to have their query swiftly answered or matter delegated to the relevant fee earner. She is a name our clients know and trust, her warm welcome to our clients creates an instant relationship that has been instrumental in helping make the Social Housing team the force it is today.
