Daniel Pierce


Daniel graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Politics, before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017.  

Daniel has experience in dealing with a wide range of children law cases including care proceedings, private law matters and non-molestation / occupation order applications.   

Daniel enjoys conducting his own advocacy in the Family Courts which enables him to provide a comprehensive service to his clients. He is passionate about representing clients involved in care proceedings, and has experience with a wide range of complex cases involving serious injuries to children, allegations of sexual abuse, neglect and domestic violence.  

Being involved in the Family Courts can be a stressful and overwhelming experience for an individual at times. Daniel is personable, hardworking and empathetic, and takes a straightforward approach to his work to ensure that his clients are well supported throughout their case.
