Calum Whelan


Calum advises on all aspects of private family law with a particular emphasis on disputes between former cohabitees and financial remedies upon divorce involving complex pensions, business assets, inherited property and assets in other jurisdictions.

Calum also has extensive experience of matters involving domestic abuse and complex private law children matters.

He is personable and approachable and has a pragmatic, constructive approach to helping clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Calum is also a member of Resolution and the Liverpool Law Society Family Law Committee.
