Amy Tagoe

Associate Solicitor

Amy has over 15 years of experience dealing specifically with housing litigation. She completed the Bar Vocation Course in 2005 and cross-qualified as a solicitor being admitted to the roll in 2008.

Amy has particular expertise in possession and injunction proceedings, housing management and housing disrepair.

Amy also has experience in dealing with appeals including one case heard in the Court of Appeal, which was widely reported, having an impact on how anti-social behaviour cases should be considered by the court.

Amy has a passion for all aspects of housing litigation and has focused on social housing throughout her career. She particularly enjoys being able to explore and achieve the best outcome for clients.
