Complete digital onboarding
Once we have been instructed, you will be asked to complete our digital onboarding documentation. We then undertake ID and Anti-Money Laundering checks to satisfy our regulatory and statutory obligations. We contact the sellers solicitor to confirm we are instructed and request a copy of the draft contract and any other details, such as property title and other standard forms.
