Lindsey Potter has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with a variety of Family Law matters. She has honed her skills enabling her to provide a diligent and forensic approach when dealing with divorce and financial disputes arising on marital breakdown. Not only does Lindsey advise on complex finance structures, pension arrangements and other matrimonial considerations, she also advises unmarried couples on cohabitation agreements, property disputes or Schedule 1 claims. Lindsey further deals with private law children disputes with the primary focus being on the child's welfare.
