Since graduating with a First Class Honours in Law and Criminal Justice in 2014, Lindsey has spent her legal career working in Family Law.  

Lindsey has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with a variety of Family Law matters. She has honed her skills enabling her to provide a diligent and forensic approach when dealing with divorce and financial disputes arising on marital breakdown.  

Lindsey deals with modest to very high net worth clients providing robust and pragmatic advice. This includes advice on complex finance structures such as company assets, complex pension arrangements, trusts, assets outside the jurisdiction, inheritance issues and third-party interest.  

Lindsey advises unmarried couples whether that be with respect to cohabitation agreements or their financial position before marriage with respect of nuptial agreements. She also deals with disputes arising out of a breakdown of relationship of unmarried couples including trust of land claims and schedule 1 in relation to children.  

Lindsey also deals with private law children matters to include disputes between parents and/or grandparents. These can include complex features such as parental alienation, relocation, or disagreements on the child’s welfare.  

Lindsey is passionate about the work she does and is focused on achieving the best outcome for her clients. Lindsey is approachable, has a keen eye for detail and takes a pragmatic and sensitive approach to each of her cases as she is aware this will be a particularly stressful and upsetting time for you.
