MSB’s Social Housing Commercial Property Team are expanding

Our expert Commercial and Residential Property teams have a collective and wide-ranging wealth of experience in acquiring and disposing of commercial and residential property and dealing with complex property matters. We also act for several social housing providers providing legal services such as:
- commercial leases;
- shared ownership leases and staircasing;
- sales under right to buy and right to acquire;
- outright sales/disposals;
- lease extensions;
- lease surrenders, regrants and surrenders;
- equity loan redemptions.
The team is also expanding, which is exciting. We have strengthened the team by recruiting new Conveyancing Executive, Nicola Garrett. She is a terrific addition and brings with her over 10 years’ experience in commercial and residential conveyancing. We are delighted to have her on board.
Meet the Team
Melissa joined MSB in 2010 as a trainee solicitor qualifying in 2012. After a few years away from the firm she re-joined MSB in 2018. She is based in our Liverpool office and specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing and plot development work. She also acts for registered social housing providers.
