Our Contentious Probate Team are looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ – 5PQE+) to work in our Liverpool team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top rated and growing team to develop a long-term career in contentious probate. The successful candidate will have experience in complex and challenging contentious probate disputes. As we grow our team, we have flexibility in how our growth is achieved. The Role:

• To advise the firm’s clients on relevant Contentious Probate matters
• To manage all client work allocated by the firm in accordance with the detailed procedure and quality standards of the practice
• Ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely and professional manner and the client is kept informed on a regular basis as to progress and costs
• At all times a high degree of standards is to be exercised in client care
• To achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording
• To supervise and support other team members as agreed and to assist in their development
• Adaptable to new procedures
• Work as part of team with flexible approach to workload.

About You:

Excellent organisational, work management and prioritising skills

Excellent communication skills both written & oral with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
