Overview
Dr Emma Palmer is a Partner and Head of Family Law at MSB Solicitors, leading one of the largest family teams in the North West. She specialises in complex and high-risk children cases, with particular expertise in cross-border and international matters, safeguarding concerns and multi-agency involvement.
Emma represents children within complex proceedings, as well as parents and intervenors, and is regularly instructed on cases requiring senior oversight and strategic direction. Known for her clear, decisive advice, she combines strong legal judgement with a calm, pragmatic approach, supporting clients through legally and emotionally complex situations.
Alongside her practice, Emma leads the continued growth of the department, driving high standards of legal delivery while supporting colleagues on challenging and specialist cases.
