Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. She initially worked in Housing Litigation, dealing with Landlord and Tenant issues, which sparked a keen interest in Housing Law. She also worked as part of the Court Duty Solicitor Scheme, allowing her to gain valuable advocacy skills and experience in this area. In addition, Victoria has worked in Insurance and Industrial Disease litigation, dealing with litigated cases up to trial.

Victoria works in the Social Housing & Regeneration department, working in particular in the Private Landlord and Market Rents team.

The team act for landlords, assisting in all tenancy related enquiries including Rent Arrears, Possession Claims, Section 21 (“no fault eviction”), Anti-Social Behaviour, Trespass and Rent increases.
