Tracey Quirk

Partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing

Tracey completed her training contract with MSB and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She was promoted to Associate Solicitor in June 2006 after only two years and was further promoted to Partner in 2008. She is head of the 25-strong Residential Conveyancing department which deals with a full range of residential conveyancing matters.

Tracey actively supervises the department and personally deals with more complex residential conveyancing matters such as trust deeds, reconstitution of titles, grant of new residential leases, surrenders of leases, adverse possession, family transactions, new build, shared ownership and sharia law mortgages. She also deals with small commercial matters including new leases and bridging finance.

Tracey has built strong relationships with both local and national home builders and is recommended to buyers of new build properties across the North West.

Tracey has recently been appointed as a member of the Conveyancing Association, demonstrating her commitment to ensuring best practice is recognised in the sector and adhered to in her residential conveyancing department. The Conveyancing Association is also at the forefront of lobbying for changes to conveyancing procedures to make the process more efficient for solicitors and clients alike.
