As the firm’s receptionist, Kath is responsible for keeping the MSB machine running smoothly. From answering the phone and ensuring people are directed to the most appropriate department to assist with their needs, to greeting all clients and office guests with a smile; Kath is the first point of call for all external communications.

As the firm’s receptionist, Kath’s role is highly varied, an element which she thoroughly enjoys. She provides a first-class professional and client-focussed reception service to clients, visitors and staff, creating a welcoming environment for all.

As well as having an eye for detail, Kath has a natural flair for organisation and ensures the quality day-to-day operations of the firm.
