Hannah Barlow

Solicitor

Hannah obtained a Law degree from Liverpool John Moores University in 2016 before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2018 at the same University, obtaining a distinction.

Hannah joined MSB in 2021 as a trainee Solicitor after commencing her training contact at a firm in Chester in 2019. Hannah is now a qualified Solicitor based in the firm’s private client family department and deals with all aspects of private family law, including divorce and financial matters, injunction proceedings, cohabitation disputes and children matters. Hannah has a particular interest in the latter and has experience in dealing with the more complex elements of private law children proceedings including the appointment of a Children’s Guardian, the involvement of the Local Authority, Finding of Fact Hearings and Psychological Assessments.

Hannah is passionate about the work that she does and prides herself on helping clients through what can often be a difficult and emotional time in their lives through her sensitive yet pragmatic approach.
