Gareth has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked in both the legal and telecommunications sectors.
Gareth is the single point of contact for all IT faults and requests at MSB. He provides IT support which includes telephony, application and server support, ensuring the team are provided with technical support at all times.
In addition, he maintains excellent relationships with all third-party support teams to ensure MSB’s team received the best service possible. He is a firm believer in ITIL and is constantly reviewing Incident and Problem Management records.
He is currently designing a Change Management Process, with the aim to minimise the risk and impact a change can have on business operations.
