Frances Molloy

Frances has over 30 years of experience working in public, private and third sector organisations in health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Frances was CEO of Health at Work Ltd, which delivered workplace health initiatives for over 20 years. Frances developed the company from being grant-dependent to a sustainable business to business organisation over this period. The company was subsequently acquired in 2019 and continues its success.

Prior to this, Frances has worked as a principal officer in Liverpool City Council and amongst many things, set up the first farmers market in Liverpool with two private sector philanthropists.

Frances obtained a degree in Health Studies from John Moores University and has always had a passion for health and wellbeing in the workplace and beyond.

She has won several awards as a business leader and has also been a member of many boards in her career and her keys skills are in developing strategy and developmental policies in businesses.

Frances also led a national campaign to change the law into banning old tyres following the tragic death of her son Michael at only 18. This will become law in 2021.
