Danielle Blaylock

Chartered Legal Executive

Danielle qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2014 and is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course to dually qualify as a Solicitor.

Danielle undertakes aspects of commercial litigation including debt recovery and insolvency proceedings, contract disputes, professional negligence, landlord and tenant disputes and contentious probate. She is an integral part of the litigation team who regularly advise different departments within the firm.

Recently Danielle has developed a specialism in Human Rights and negligence disputed against public bodies and issues surrounding mental health. Danielle works closely with MSB’s family solicitors to protect the civil liberties of those who have been failed by local authorities.

Danielle is widely recognised for her knowledge in this area and her compassionate nature with clients who have sometimes suffered the worst treatment at the hands of those who are supposed to protect them. Danielle is committed to supporting her clients when they need her the most.

Danielle feels very strongly that it is important to give back to the community we serve. In the last 12 months she has worked with the Girls Network to mentor and empower young women and has recently been appointed as a trustee of RASA Merseyside, a charity which supports those who have been victims of sexual violence.
