Senior Legal Assistant

Beth joined MSB in 2018 as a junior legal assistant in the New Build Property Purchase team. Since joining MSB Beth has progressed to a senior legal assistant and is soon to start her Cilex studies and progress to a Conveyancing Executive under the supervision of Emma Cunningham who heads the Plot Purchase Team.

Beth assists Emma in all  aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, purchase of freehold title, redemption of equity charges, Help to Buy scheme, all conveyancing referrals from matrimonial department and she specialises and works with a New Build Plot Purchase Team.
