We have just evaluated 243 client satisfaction questionnaires, which have been returned by clients in the 12 months to September 2014.

219 were 'very satisfied' with our service and 20 'satisfied'.

Paul Bibby (Managing Partner) said "Businesses at large would give their right arm for over 90% of their clients indicating that they were very satisfied with service. A 98% satisfaction rating is fantastic."
 
He continued "Everyone is to be congratulated because client satisfaction is all about service across the board, not simply the application of legal knowledge. That comes from reception, telephone manner, willingness to help and responsiveness."
