Job Specification

  • Successful candidate will be responsible in supporting a team of four and creating a structure to support Fee Earners and Support Staff within the residential conveyancing team.
  • Successful candidate will assist in the implementation and training of residential conveyancing admin team.
  • Administration of transactions to include file opening, ID checks, HM Land Registry, Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, Completion Statements and Billing.
  • Must be able to incorporate a system for Managing the HM Land Registry priory/official search dates to ensure registrations are submitted prior to priority expiry dates.
  • Must have experience of dealing with Landlords/Freeholders/Management Companies in relation to post completion matters under the terms of the Leases/Transfers.
  • Must be able to deal with HM Land Registry requisitions.
  • Must be able to understand legal titles for the purposes of checking Completion of Registration title documents.
  • Experience of Lender Exchange and LMS would be beneficial but not mandatory as training can be given.
  • Experience of completion statements and billing.
  • Experience of closing process.

Location: Allerton

Contractual Working Hours: 9-5pm
