PA to the Head of Family 

Family Department

The role involves diary management, responding to general correspondence, booking courses/travel, collation of routine documentation from the department, drafting non legal documents, general non legal assistance to the Head of Family and the wider team as necessary.

Key skills:

– Excellent organisation

– Proficient in Microsoft Word

– Accurate/good attention to detail

– Ability to communicate at all levels with ease

– Ability to prioritise/manage time effectively

– Reliable and trustworthy

– Excellent grasp of spelling and grammar

Beneficial but not essential:

– Previous experience in working in a legal environment

– Previous experience in a similar role

Office based in Wavertree. FT or PT applications considered. Minimum of 4 days.  We can accommodate applications with reduced hours around childcare commitments e.g. 10 – 2
