  • Input of Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Payment of purchase ledger invoices
  • Money In
  • Card payments
  • Petty cash
  • Cheque printing
  • General legal finance support to clients, firm and team.
  • Support to Senior Finance Team, 2 people
  • Support to Finance team assistant, 1 person


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of SRA accounts rules
  • Working within a team environment
  • Working within a busy legal finance environment
  • Time management skills for their own workload
  • Timekeeping


  • Proclaim experience
