Main Purpose of Role

As an IT trainer, you’ll need skills in the design and delivery of IT training.

To prepare and deliver training programmes in formal (e.g. classroom), informal (e.g. floor-walking) or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Training subjects will predominantly be the use of our legal case management software Proclaim but will also include general ICT infrastructure usage, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Internet browsers, Mitel phone system and BigHand digital dictation.

Create and maintain the firm’s library of training materials and documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises

To work with the IT department in understanding and then documenting, new processes and changes in the case management software.

Liaise with the IT Team in provide user feedback on systems and suggest future improvements.

Maintain appropriate records of learner development and delivered training.

Person Specification

Previous experience as a trainer or of delivering training within an organisation.

Well-honed communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent general IT skills.

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise well.

The ability to work independently and autonomously

Location: All Offices

Contractual Working Hours: 9-5pm
