1 March 2009 An LLP is an alternative corporate business vehicle (being introduced April 6th 2001) that gives the benefits of limited liability but allows its members the flexibility of organising their internal structure as a traditional partnership. On considering the firm's new status, Managing Partner Paul Bibby said: "Although our clients will be unaffected by the change, it was important for us to demonstrate the same progressive business attitude to our own practice as we do for our clients. Like all businesses we need to be alive to risk management." |
