04/11/2005 1. In December 2004 Paul Bibby acted on behalf of Standmode Limited in relation to the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Fortress Fabrications Limited and the hive up of the assets thereafter. 2. Paul has been heavily involved with a local property development company, Blue Properties and Investments Limited in the establishment of syndicated property purchase schemes. This will allow both individual purchasers and SIPP Trustees to invest in residential property after April 2006 following amendment to legislation. MSB are now extremely well positioned to act on behalf of multiple investors and importantly SIPP Trustees in the purchase of both their individual properties and multiple properties by way of syndication purchase. 3. During 2005 Paul Bibby acted for 3MB Developments Limited in relation to the establishment of a joint venture company with Northern Ireland Company Sarcon Ltd and acquired the estate at Tarbock Hall Farm with a view to development as a golf course and leisure facility. 4. During 2004 Paul Bibby acted on behalf of Stonecrest Limited in the acquisition of a substantial site at Kent Street, Liverpool and the subsequent development and sale off of a significant number of new build flats. 5. In August 2004 Paul advised Singlezone Ltd in the acquisition of the issued share capital of Key Productions (Liverpool) Ltd to acquire the prestigous Pod Bar & Restaurant. 6. Paul continued to act for property developers P & T Developments & their associated company Realty Estates Development Ltd in the acquisition of land in the Merseyside area and in development of their sites at Mill Lane Liverpool and Tollemache Road Birkenhead. 7. During 2004/5 Paul has continued to act for property developers throughout the region in relation to the acquisition of property and subsequent sale off of new houses, plots sales and apartments within leasehold apartment schemes. |
